ISP routing, physical distance and the Fortnite region sit outside Windows. No registry value can delete those hops.

What is included in the 1-on-1 optimization?
We go through your hardware, supported BIOS settings, Windows, safe debloat, Fortnite, relevant input and local network settings, premium NeverLose utility setup and the finished result.
Do I stay there while you optimize the PC?
Yes. You stay present during the session. You can see what is changing and ask questions while we work through the setup.
Is this just access to a tweaking app?
No. The premium NeverLose utility is included, but the main product is the live 1-on-1 service. We look at your PC first and decide what actually makes sense for it.
Can I choose the session time?
Yes. When you book, you choose a preferred date and time at least 24 hours ahead. We then confirm the session through the Discord username or email you provide.
Do you optimize the BIOS too?
Yes, where the hardware supports it. We review the motherboard, CPU and memory setup and work through the settings that are relevant to that machine.
Can you guarantee a certain FPS or ping?
No single number is honest for every PC or network route. Hardware, the starting setup, game updates, server distance and other limits all matter. That is why the Evidence page keeps results tied to the machine that produced them.
Can changes be reverted?
Where backup and restore are supported, we protect the starting state before changes are applied. Important BIOS changes are also reviewed during the session so the setup stays understandable.
