No. Bottlenecks differ. NVL shows verified results where we have them, then measures your own machine instead of pretending one result is a universal guarantee.
Not to a remote Fortnite server in the literal sense. Distance and routing still exist. NVL focuses on measurable local improvements such as jitter, spread, loss, adapter behaviour and avoidable overhead.
NVL does not intentionally degrade your PC to force a renewal. Verified settings you already applied are not automatically reverted just because timed access ends.
